Last year the public got into the Christmas spirit with a spin on the ice thanks to a series of ice rinks that were erected throughout the country by Merlin Services Ltd, a major scaffold contractor from Beccles, Suffolk.

Our aluminium beams were used to provide a major part on the construction, lightweight but with strength in design they provide an ideal structure which is compatible with all scaffold types. The popularity of the rinks over the festive period should lead to this becoming an on going attraction in the years to come.

With our network of 30 Hire and Sales Branches extending from Cornwall to the North of Scotland, we have been able to support Merlin Services in this venture wherever they needed equipment.
