"Congratulations" and a well deserved pat on the back for Roy Nelson and all the Deborah employees at Coryton who on 31st March 2004 achieved a Million Man Hours without a Day Away From Work Incident.

This is a significant result for Deborah Services Limited in that it has never been achieved by any other contractor on the BP Site. To celebrate this milestone Roy put on a special lunch time spread for the employees and invited the BP Site Manager and Engineers to join in the celebrations.

Although there were a few lost time accidents, Roy managed each situation effectively by encouraging the injured employees to come back into work and where possible they carried out light duties.
